be free from unhealthy relationships … (course overview) …
I’ve been subscribed to DailyOm for ages and some of the courses they offer really do grab me, however, cost is a big thing when you don’t earn an income. At DailyOm they allow you to chose what you can afford, within their specifications. So today I bit the bullet and I enrolled on the course ‘Be Free From Unhealthy Relationships’. It appealed to me because I can blog it, and I do like working through my problems, and of course I also need some kind of healing too as I seem to alway invite unhealthy people and relationships into my life.
I will go through the course and blog all the exercises on a weekly basis, unless I’m too ill to of course.
In this course, internationally acclaimed author and psychotherapist Rhonda Findling will empower you by giving you the strength to let go of emotionally unhealthy relationships. You will learn how to stop obsessing or ruminating about partners that are not reciprocating your level of interest or are emotionally unavailable. Rhonda will give you tools to help you stop acting desperate or needy. You will learn why you compulsively contact partners though you know these behaviors are not in your best interest.
